A well-established rural health system in Nebraska is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a collegial team of three physicians due to a relocation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys broad-spectrum family medicine, autonomy, and a strong work-life balance in a supportive community hospital setting.

Position Highlights

• Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts, Monday–Friday with hospital rounding
• Clinic Volume: Avg. 18 patients/day (20–22 busy days)
• Broad scope: Pediatrics, geriatrics, acute care, wounds, chronic disease management
• Hospital census: 2–4 inpatients on average
• ED: 6–7 visits/day; APPs serve as primary providers
• No OB deliveries
• Backup call only (rarely called in; may become no-call in 2026)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $296K–$331K + productivity
• High earning potential: Up to ~$500K once established
• Full family health insurance
• 5.5% retirement match
• $50K transition bonus
• 28 days PTO + CME allowance
