Description: Dynamic Family Law firm in Sudbury, MA seeks full-time paralegal/legal assistant/office manager with at least 2 years of law firm litigation experience with a preference for family law. The role is in person. We seek a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team.


Job responsibilities include all law firm legal assistant roles including the following:

  • Reception;
  • Office management;
  • Correspondence;
  • Scheduling;
  • Court filings;
  • Client intake, opening, maintaining and closing files;
  • Client communications;
  • Managing and organizing files;
  • Document production and management.


Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of litigation law firm experience. Family law experience preferred;
  • A minimum of an associate's degree or paralegal certificate;
  • Excellent computer skills; proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software including Clio;
  • Organized with excellent time management skills;
  • Detail-oriented;
  • Personable with good people skills;
  • Flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
  • Responsible team player; and
  • Able to work independently.
