Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist / Legal Assistant (Bilingual) role located at our office in Norcross, Georgia. The individual in this role will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, including answering and directing phone calls, welcoming clients, and scheduling appointments. Responsibilities include processing clerical tasks, managing correspondence, and assisting with administrative functions to support the legal team efficiently. Exceptional customer service and communication with clients are vital elements of this role.


Norcross, GA (On-site)

Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM

What You Will Actually Do

 • Be the first voice and first face clients experience, in English and Spanish

• Hold the front of the house to a standard that reflects who we are

• Manage intake with empathy and precision—every caller is a person in a hard moment

• Schedule consultations and hearings across multiple attorneys and calendars

• Process payments through LawPay following our financial protocols

• Handle document intake, scanning, uploading, and file naming per firm standards

• Support legal assistants and paralegals with case work as you grow

• Manage client communication in MyCase and Cerenade under attorney direction

• Protect the energy and professionalism of the office every day you walk in

 

Who We Are Looking For 

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, written and spoken. Non-negotiable

• Someone who takes pride in how they show up, how they speak, how they dress, how they follow through

• Organized, detail-driven, and allergic to loose ends

• Tech-comfortable. We use MyCase, Cerenade, LawPay, VXT, Google Workspace, and AI tools every day. You will be trained, but you need to learn fast

• Emotionally intelligent. You can read a caller in ten seconds and adjust your tone.

• Coachable, and someone who believes feedback is a gift

• Hungry. You want to grow into more—Paralegal, Department Lead, or Office Manager. We have that path for the right person
