🔹 THE ROLE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
As our Family Law Paralegal, you'll be an essential part of our client-centered team — from first intake through case resolution. You'll work closely with our managing attorney on divorce, custody, child support, and related matters, helping families navigate complex legal processes with clarity and care.
What you'll do:
• Conduct client interviews and gather case information with professionalism and compassion
• Draft and proofread legal documents including pleadings, motions, and agreements
• Manage case files and deadlines within our case management system (MyCase)
• Conduct legal research to support case strategy
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel in both English and Spanish
• Provide organized, proactive administrative support to the attorney

🔹 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bilingual — Spanish and English (required)
• Experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably in family law
• Strong drafting, proofreading, and legal research skills
• Proficiency with case management software (MyCase experience a plus)
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• A client-first mindset — you understand that behind every file is a family
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Located in or able to commute to Austin, TX 78757
