Family Law Attorney – Mountainside, NJ (Hybrid)

A well-established boutique family law firm in Mountainside, NJ is seeking a Family Law Attorney to join its growing team. This firm blends the personal touch of a small practice with the sophistication of big-law experience, handling complex and emotionally sensitive matters with a client-first approach.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution
• Handle cases involving divorce, custody, alimony, child support, and domestic violence
• Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and negotiations
• Work closely with clients, providing strategic guidance through high-stakes personal matters

What They’re Looking For

• JD from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing in New Jersey
• 1+ years of family law experience preferred
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and client management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
