Baltimore Country Club is seeking a full-time Facilities Painter/Technician with at least one year of painting experience and basic facilities maintenance knowledge. This role supports both painting projects and general maintenance needs across the Club.
Schedule: Primarily Sunday–Thursday, with daytime hours and occasional evenings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform interior and exterior painting projects with attention to detail
- Assist with general maintenance requests and preventative maintenance (PMs)
- Support event setup and breakdown as needed
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and shop areas
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of painting experience (interior and exterior preferred)
- Basic facilities maintenance experience a plus
- Ability to work on ladders and lift up to 100 lbs
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to follow directions and manage multiple tasks
- Professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset
- Basic English communication skills required
Additional Skills (or willingness to learn):
- Basic plumbing repairs (water, drainage, sewer)
- HVAC maintenance tasks (filters, belts, evaporators, condensing units)
- Safe use of power tools (with proper PPE)
- Preventative maintenance tracking using an online system
- OSHA 10 certification is preferred; if not currently certified, training will be provided upon hire
