Iskalo Development Corp. is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the operational performance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of properties within our growing real estate portfolio.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role responsible for keeping our buildings safe, efficient, and well-maintained—while delivering a strong experience for tenants and supporting long-term asset value.

What You’ll Do
Facilities Operations & Maintenance
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance and physical operations across assigned properties
- Ensure HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and access control systems are operating efficiently
- Respond to property issues and coordinate emergency repairs as needed
- Partner with Property Management to address tenant needs and service requests
Vendor & Contract Management
- Develop scopes of work, solicit bids, and manage vendor selection
- Negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality
- Monitor vendor performance and proactively address service gaps
- Review and approve invoices for accuracy and completion
Project Management
- Lead maintenance initiatives and capital improvement projects from start to finish
- Develop budgets, timelines, and project plans—and keep them on track
- Oversee vendors and on-site work to ensure quality and safety
- Support long-term capital planning and asset improvement strategies
Compliance, Safety & Risk Management
- Support safety programs and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations
- Coordinate inspections and maintain compliance standards
- Assist with incident response and documentation
- Oversee fleet and equipment maintenance
Systems & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and vendor activity
- Utilize platforms such as Corrigo and Procore to manage work orders and projects
- Leverage data and reporting tools to improve operations and decision-making
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in facilities, property management, or a related field
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, and facilities-related projects
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Work Environment & Requirements
- Valid driver’s license; travel between properties required
- Ability to work in both office and field environments
- Comfortable working outdoors and in active maintenance/construction settings
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
