Anthony Marano Company, one of the most reputable produce distributors in the South East, is currently hiring for a full time & in person Facilities Maintenance Technician role in Atlanta, Georgia.
We are looking for a dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the daily maintenance and repair of our facility. This position is responsible for troubleshooting issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring the building remains safe and operational.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with facility improvements and repairs as needed
- Assist with Vendors
Qualifications
- Hungry, Humble, Smart
- Open, Curious, Committed to Learning
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and work independently
