Job Description:

Addison Group is seeking a professional Facilities Coordinator to join our client's team in Cary, NC. This role serves as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, clients, and vendors, helping to create a welcoming, efficient, and well-maintained workplace environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist employees, visitors, clients, and vendors while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Respond to workplace inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular floor walks and workplace inspections to ensure meeting rooms, office spaces, and common areas remain clean, organized, and functional.
  • Identify, report, and follow up on facilities-related issues involving furniture, fixtures, equipment, and workplace technology.
  • Coordinate and escort vendors as needed while ensuring compliance with company safety and security procedures.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, workplace communications, and wellbeing campaigns.
  • Promote proper workplace behavior and usage of shared office spaces.
  • Maintain workplace signage, notice boards, and communications to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Gather employee feedback and encourage participation in workplace satisfaction surveys.
  • Collaborate with facilities management teams to support ongoing operational excellence and service delivery improvements.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing, office coordination, facilities, hospitality, or workplace services role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
