Our client is seeking a Part-time Contract Workplace Experience Associate to support the day-to-day operations and employee experience in their Brooklyn office. This role serves as a first point of support for general workplace questions, helping employees navigate office resources, policies, and tools through Slack and other internal channels. The Associate will also support supply and inventory management for shared spaces and programs, provide administrative and operational support for the office, and assist with on-site events.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first line of support for employee workplace questions via Slack, providing accurate information, assisting with basic troubleshooting, and routing requests as needed
  • Maintain general knowledge of Workplace team offerings such as office access, lockers, desks, lost and found, and related processes
  • Manage inventory and supplies for shared spaces including tracking stock, fulfilling requests, and keeping storage areas organized
  • Support swag distribution and on-site fulfillment in coordination with the broader swag program
  • Provide general administrative support, including maintaining office playlists, assisting with digital signage, and supporting operational tasks related to the office and new hire onboarding (as needed)
  • Support on-site events and community programs with setup, signage, supply coordination, and day-of assistance
  • Serve as an on-site point of contact for last-minute needs during events and programs


Details/Notes

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays only, 9am-6pm; May be asked support occasional after-hours events, with advanced notice
  • Tool requirements & programs/software used: MAC/Apple products, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Documents and Sheets, Slack, Zendesk
