Responsible for overseeing burn table, tube laser, press brake, saw, and shear operations, ensuring all internal and external customer requirements for quality, accuracy, and on‑time production are consistently met.

The Fabrication Manufacturing Manager leads all fabrication operations across multiple shifts, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality production. This role oversees team leaders, production staff, and workflow coordination to meet customer requirements, production schedules, and company objectives. The manager drives performance, develops talent, resolves operational issues, and partners cross‑functionally to support organizational goals.

Duties:

• Lead and develop fabrication teams to meet production, quality, and safety goals
• Plan labor, assign work, and manage daily schedules across shifts
• Monitor production output and resolve issues quickly using real‑time systems
• Oversee onboarding, training, and development for new and existing employees
• Partner with Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, and Maintenance to support workflow
• Manage performance, conduct evaluations, and address attendance or coaching needs
• Review production data and prepare reports for leadership
• Ensure customer requirements and internal standards are consistently met
• Responsible for overseeing burn table, tube laser, press brake, saw, and shear operations, ensuring all internal and external customer requirements for quality, accuracy, and on‑time production are consistently met

Requirements:

• High School diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
• Provide clear goals, direction, and vision to all team members and shift leaders.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing/production environment
• 3+ years of direct leadership experience
• Experience in multi‑shift operations preferred
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and team‑building skills
