Extrusion / Recycling Machine Operator (Swing Shift)

We are hiring a Machine Operator to support a plastics recycling and extrusion operation. This is a direct‑hire role with strong long‑term stability, competitive pay, and excellent benefits, including 80% of employee benefits covered by the company.

This role is well‑suited for candidates with experience in manufacturing, extrusion, plastics, film, compounding, or heavy industrial equipment, but training is available for mechanically inclined operators.

• Swing Shift – Rotating Every 2 Weeks
  • 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM
• 2‑2‑3 schedule (every other weekend off)
• $20.50 per hour
• Direct hire from day one

• Operate and monitor industrial machinery used in plastics recycling and extrusion
• Start up, adjust, and shut down equipment as needed
• Monitor material flow, temperatures, and process conditions
• Inspect product and make adjustments to maintain quality
• Perform basic troubleshooting and communicate issues to the team
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Previous experience as a machine operator, extruder operator, line operator, or manufacturing technician preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial equipment
• Willingness to work rotating 12‑hour swing shifts
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work in a production environment and follow safety standards

The pay range for this position is $42640.00 - $43000.00/yr.
