Position:
Experienced Investment Banking Analyst
Responsibilities:
Analysts are responsible for creating valuation models, preparing buyer and investor profiles, developing transaction marketing materials, data room management, and other client-related services. Our Analysts must be comfortable in front of clients and work closely with Managing Directors throughout all phases of the transaction execution process.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of transaction-level experience in mergers & acquisitions and institutional private equity or debt placements
- Candidates must have the necessary analytical, accounting and writing skills and must be proficient in financial modeling
- Teamwork orientation and good interpersonal skills are a must, but must also show independence and resourcefulness in executing tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record
