Garrison Yount Forte & Mulcahy is hiring an Insurance Defense Associate!


GYFM is continuing to grow and is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Tampa office, located in the beautiful Bank of Tampa Building on Bayshore Boulevard overlooking the bay. GYFM represents insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and their insureds in state and federal courts throughout Florida and Louisiana. Our civil litigation practice includes general liability, premises liability, construction defects, professional liability, and insurance coverage disputes.

Requirements:


  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Active member of The Florida Bar in good standing
  • Minimum 2 years of insurance defense litigation experience
  • Strong deposition, hearing, and trial preparation skills
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
