ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- UX resource needed for Process Reimagination
- UX Design Expertise - Strong experience in designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across web and enterprise applications.
- Proven ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, usable designs.
- Design Tools (Core Requirement) Hands-on expertise in Figma. Experience with other UX tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within shared design systems and component libraries.
- Wireframing & Prototyping - Proficient in creating low- and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups.
- Demonstrated ability to iterate designs quickly based on stakeholder and user feedback.
- Front-End Awareness - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end principles to ensure design feasibility and smoother handoff to engineering teams.
- Ability to collaborate closely with developers to align on implementation constraints.
- Collaboration & Communication - Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly to product owners, engineering teams, and leadership.
- Experience working in Agile environments, participating in sprint planning and iterative delivery. Accessibility & Compliance (Enterprise Focus) - Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and designing for inclusive user experiences.
- Awareness of regulatory and risk considerations in enterprise environments is a plus.
