In this role, candidates will confirm receipt of dropship purchase orders with suppliers and ensure shipments are completed on time. Candidates will monitor order status, proactively follow up on critical or overdue materials, and maintain consistent communication with vendors and carriers throughout the shipping process. This position requires identifying and escalating potential delays to the sales team and relevant stakeholders, providing timely delivery status updates to inside sales, outside sales, and customers, and collaborating closely with internal teams to resolve delivery issues and expedite shipments as needed. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor.
Work hours are 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
This is a hourly based pay. Base hourly ranges from $20/hr - $29/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
