Executive Security Officer (ESO) Part time- Weekdays
Clark International is seeking a professional, self-driven, and dependable candidate to fill an Executive Security Officer position within a corporate environment. The ESO is a high-level security professional who is assigned to corporate environments. The role requires expertise in threat response, proactive security measures, and team management. Candidates should be proficient in both hard skills and soft skills and be physically fit. Candidates must possess pistol certification that aligns with Certified LE pistol qualification standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous or current law enforcement experience
- Experience in close protection or executive security roles
- Background in emergency response teams
- Private Investigator license
- Military with leadership experience, including NCO roles or leadership billets
Hours:
2pm-6pm Mon/Tues/Wed
1pm-9pm Fri
Key Responsibilities:
Armed Security Response:
- Serve as an armed agent prepared to handle lethal force situations anywhere on the campus.
- Provide immediate response to safety and security incidents on the property.
- React swiftly and effectively to serious threats.
Client Support:
- Coordinate with management to address building needs and fulfill client service requests.
- Ensure the secure arrival and departure of the client(s).
Emergency Monitoring:
- Oversee building emergency systems (e.g., fire alarms, weather alerts) and ensure prompt reporting and response.
Access Control:
- Supervise ingress and egress during peak hours to prevent unauthorized access.
Property Sweeps:
- Conduct thorough daily sweeps of parking structures, stairwells, and buildings to ensure property security before and after operational hours.
Additional Requirements:
- Attend annual training and assessment to include Use of Force, Legal, less-lethal weapons employment, CPR/First Aid, De-escalation, Defensive Tactics. Clark International provides all mandatory training.
- Maintain a high level of fitness. Minimum physical aptitude:
o Run at least 400 Meters without stopping
o Pick up and lift 50 pounds from the ground to above the head
o Drag a 150 pound dummy for 20 yards
o Be able to stand for extended periods of time (2 hours)
