Job Duties
Lead customer meetings, presentations, proposals, and negotiations to successfully close deals.
Maintain a strong understanding of customer operations, challenges, and digital/data management needs across drilling, completions, and production.
Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer requirements and business objectives.
Support commercial activities including pricing, proposals, contract discussions, and deal strategy.
Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to help influence product strategy.
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, forecasts, and account activity.
Represent NOV Digital Services at industry events such as SPE, IADC, and AADE to build relationships and generate new business opportunities.
Education and Qualification
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the energy industry, with exposure to sales, business development, or customer-facing roles preferred.
Experience selling to operators and drilling contractors.
Digital background with the ability to position data-driven solutions.
DaaS, SaaS, or PaaS sales experience strongly preferred.
Experience selling software platforms is a plus.
Candidate must satisfy all internal driver eligibility requirements, including compliance with company policies, licensing standards, and driving record criteria

Proven ability to close deals and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Pay Range
$110,000 - $120,000 base salary. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
