Executive Sales Representative

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own revenue growth within assigned accounts and territory, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand market share and increase product adoption. 
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with key decision-makers. 
  • Position NOV Digital Services by clearly communicating customer value, business impact, and return on investment. 
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level customer relationships to support long-term growth. 

Job Duties

  • Lead customer meetings, presentations, proposals, and negotiations to successfully close deals. 
  • Maintain a strong understanding of customer operations, challenges, and digital/data management needs across drilling, completions, and production. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer requirements and business objectives. 
  • Support commercial activities including pricing, proposals, contract discussions, and deal strategy. 
  • Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to help influence product strategy. 
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, forecasts, and account activity. 
  • Represent NOV Digital Services at industry events such as SPE, IADC, and AADE to build relationships and generate new business opportunities. 

Education and Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the energy industry, with exposure to sales, business development, or customer-facing roles preferred.
  • Experience selling to operators and drilling contractors. 
  • Digital background with the ability to position data-driven solutions. 
  • DaaS, SaaS, or PaaS sales experience strongly preferred. 
  • Experience selling software platforms is a plus. 
  • Candidate must satisfy all internal driver eligibility requirements, including compliance with company policies, licensing standards, and driving record criteria
  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 
  • Proven ability to close deals and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. 
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, organized, and commercially focused.

Pay Range

  • $110,000 - $120,000 base salary. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
