Position Overview

As an Executive Recruiter at Search Solution Group, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for various-level positions. You will work directly with clients to understand their hiring needs, source top talent, and facilitate a seamless recruiting experience from start to finish.

This is a direct hire position, and you will be responsible for handling various-level searches, building relationships with both clients and candidates, and driving successful placements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across various industries, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Identify, attract, and engage top talent through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and utilizing recruitment databases.
  • Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Provide consultative guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct interviews, reference checks, and background screenings as needed.
  • Negotiate compensation packages and manage the offer process for candidates.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to recruiting activities and placements.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future searches.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market compensation rates, and talent pools.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in direct hire or full-cycle recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing candidates.
  • Strong sourcing, networking, and headhunting skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
