This is a central role in our company—perfect for someone who enjoys being the go-to person in the office, keeping operations running smoothly, and serving as a key liaison between leadership and our agents.
🔑 What You’ll Do:
• Provide high-level administrative support to the Broker/Owner
• Serve as the primary liaison for our agents, ensuring they have the support and resources they need
• Oversee daily office operations across both locations
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
• Support onboarding of new agents and staff
• Maintain office systems, supplies, and vendor relationships
• Assist with marketing coordination and client communications
💼 What We’re Looking For:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Tech-savvy (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Real estate industry familiarity preferred
