Executive Personal Assistant to CEO, Premier Healthcare Provider, Dallas, Texas

An innovative, mission-driven healthcare organization focused on neurological issues is seeking an exceptional Executive Personal Assistant to serve as the CEO’s trusted partner and operational right hand.

This role extends well beyond traditional executive support. The Executive Personal Assistant will function as a force multiplier and strategic extension of the CEO, operating in a highly visible, Chief-of-Staff–like capacity to maximize executive effectiveness, streamline operations, and ensure flawless execution across professional and personal priorities.


About the Job:

  • Act as the CEO’s primary partner, managing daily priorities and ensuring focus on high-impact initiatives
  • Own complex calendar strategy across business, investor, clinical, speaking engagements and personal commitments
  • Serve as gatekeeper, liaison, and ambassador to senior leadership, board members, investors, and external stakeholders; Prioritize emails and craft emails on his behalf
  • Manage high-volume communications; draft correspondence, briefing materials, and executive-ready presentations
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including detailed itineraries and executive briefings
  • Support Board of Directors activities including meeting coordination, materials preparation, and follow-through on action items
  • Drive special projects and strategic initiatives, tracking deliverables across teams
  • Plan executive meetings, leadership offsites, and key company events
  • Oversee expenses
  • Handle select personal matters, run errands, manage some household needs
  • Leverage AI tools and modern productivity technologies to improve workflow efficiency, organization, and executive leverage


About You:

  • 8+ years supporting a CEO or senior C-suite executive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience operating as a true right hand or quasi Chief of Staff
  • Exceptional organizational judgment, prioritization skills, and proactive problem-solving ability
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to anticipate needs and problem solve with little intervention
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent the CEO professionally at all levels
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills; comfortable using AI-enabled productivity tools
  • Experience planning and managing events; excellent project management skills; very organized and detail-oriented
  • A calm warm presence that understands the need for a “high touch” service mentality
