Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant wanted to support the founder of a FinTech firm in Midtown. The EA/PA will be responsible for handling a variety of personal and business-related tasks related to the executives’ day-to-day, including setting up appointments, arranging meetings, travel arrangements, home management (NYC/Hamptons), and help oversee the day-to-day operation of the New York office. The ideal candidate will have strong MS Office experience, invoicing, and vault-like ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion. The EA/PA must have a willingness to roll up your sleeves to meet deadlines. No two days will be the same and we are seeking candidates that are incredibly resourceful and focused to help streamline business needs. In this role, you will be a trusted right hand to the Founder and proactively manage his calendar, priorities, and communications to free him up for high-level strategy and business development.
A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred and a minimum of 5+ years of experience providing administrative/personal assistance experience is required. We are seeking candidates who have worked as a PA in NYC, have a valid US Passport, an entrepreneurial spirit and work well independently.
