Executive Director Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established Home Health and Hospice organization. They have a current opening for an Executive Director for their Hospice location in the Kalamazoo, MI area. Clinical and non-clinical leaders will be considered. Candidates must have a track record of growing census and revenues in the Hospice, Home Health, or other post-acute industries. Local candidates with market knowledge preferred.

Executive Director Job Requirements

• Medicare Hospice or Home Health leadership experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Business Development experience required.

Executive Director Job Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day branch operations including budget.
• Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.
• Work with Sales staff to grow census.
