Reporting to the International Expansion Director, the Sales Executive will be the first US sales hire, based in Austin and focused on the Dallas-Fort Worth market, closing mid-sized carriers through a relationship-driven approach.


The ideal candidate has experience in trucking/logistics (preferably driver staffing or freight brokerage), strong carrier credibility in Texas, and thrives as a hands-on individual contributor in an early-stage environment.


Reporting to the International Expansion Director., you will have the following main responsibilities:

  • Build credibility with Texas carriers and develop relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Run the sales process on qualified PX-provided opportunities.
  • Provide sharp market feedback to the team.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the trucking, transportation, logistics, or freight ecosystem.
  • Proven credibility and relationships with decision-makers at carriers in Texas.
  • Willingness to travel locally across Texas as needed to meet carriers and build trust in-person.
