Sales and Education Account Executive

The Role:
The Sales and Education Account Executive will Support the growth, Sales, Education and brand presence within their assigned territory supporting ULTA Beauty exclusively. Managing K- Beauty brands spanning skincare, color, and hair.
What you’ll do:
- Account Executives spend 90% of their time in the field, working shoulder to shoulder with in-store staff, customers and freelancers.
- Plan and execute in store focus days and events
- Should possess a strong understanding of the retailers’ policies, procedures, promotions, and opportunities.
- Create a memorable, positive, professional and enthusiastic presence while building strong business relationships with in-store staff and customers through product knowledge, brand messaging, artistry/demonstration skills, training, selling, and eventing
- Responsible for driving sales and executing strategies to ensure the achievement of overall territory sales goals and objectives
- Identify and work to quickly resolve inventory, staffing, branding, and/or merchandising issues
- Manage and adhere to travel and freelance budgets
- Continuous recruitment, development, scheduling and analyzing performance of freelance team
Retail Sales & ULTA Partnership
- Serve as the strategic field partner to ULTA’s District Managers and in store leadership.
- Drive sell-through performance across Landing’s ULTA portfolio.
- Ensure flawless execution of merchandising, planograms, promotions, and new
- launches.
- Identify sales opportunities within your assigned territory
- Support assortment expansions, secondary placements, and in-store visibility across all K Beauty world brands
Multi-Brand Portfolio Management
- Translate each brand’s positioning, priorities, and launch strategy into actionable execution.
- Balance resources across skincare, color, and hair brands to maximize total portfolio growth.
- Maintain brand differentiation while operating under a unified field structure.
Freelance & Budget Management
- Build a high performing freelance team to support multiple brands
efficiently.
- Continuous recruitment, development, scheduling and analyzing performance of freelance team
- Monitor budgets and sales productivity to ensure responsible
spend.
Who You Are
- Proven leader of multi-door management in prestige beauty.
- Deep understanding of ULTA store operations, expectations, policies, and field dynamics.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of driving sell-through growth.
- Exceptional communicator and relationship builder.
- Passion for Korean skincare, emerging beauty brands, and global beauty trends.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in beauty retail management
- Direct experience managing business at ULTA required.
- Experience across multiple beauty categories (skincare, color, hair preferred).
Travel and Physical Requirements
- This position requires approximately 20% overnight travel within assigned territory for events and in-store initiatives.
- Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to be able to drive throughout their assigned territory 4-5 days a week.
- Candidates must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 20 lbs, assist with event setup and breakdown, transport materials, and stand for extended periods while providing on-site support.

Salary Range: $70k - $82k
