Who We're Looking For:
You're the kind of AE who makes everyone else's job easier. Creatives trust you with context. Clients trust you with timelines. You’re excited by the opportunity to be a part of a launch team where everything is being built from scratch
What You'll Own:
- Day-to-day account management tasks like status reports, meeting agendas, follow-ups, and keeping internal and client relationships tight between the big milestones.
- Building strong day-to-day client relationships and becoming a trusted, reliable point of contact.
- Project management: timelines, budgets, deliverables, finances. You flag problems early, not at the deadline.
- Coordination support of MLR/PRC submissions, annotations, and feedback cycles.
What You Bring:
- 4+ years of advertising agency experience, in particular with experience in Pharma that includes using Veeva Vault Promo Mats
- You take accountability for your workstreams and follow through as an owner
- Ability to stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving launch environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication for both internal and Client-facing work.
What Makes This Different:
This is a ground-up DTC launch. You'll learn more here in 18 months than most AEs learn in four years. We want someone who sees that and leans in.
The Set Up:
Mythology is located between Bleecker and Houston @ 324 Lafayette. We're in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with WFH Monday and Friday. (Note: we will not consider 100% remote candidates). We offer competitive benefits and other perks.
