Position Overview
Allegretto Vineyard Resort is seeking a dynamic, visionary Executive Chef with 4–5 star international experience to lead our culinary and food & beverage operations. This role is responsible for driving culinary excellence, overseeing all kitchen operations, and positioning the resort and its dining outlets as leaders in luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Culinary Leadership & Operations
· Oversee all culinary operations to ensure alignment with resort standards
Financial & Strategic Management
· Collaborate with F&B leadership on budgets, forecasting, and strategic planning
Team Leadership & Development
· Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team
Quality Assurance & Compliance
· Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
Menu Development & Innovation
· Design seasonal, trend-forward menus using local and regional ingredients
Marketing & Promotions
· Partner with F&B leadership on promotions, events, and programming
Qualifications
· Minimum 10 years of culinary experience in high-volume environments
