Executive Assistant to the CEO

A prestigious and growing investment firm is in search of a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO and C-Suite Team. This position presents an exceptional opportunity to collaborate closely with an inspiring executive, contributing to all areas of the business while fostering meaningful professional development. The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner to the CEO and C-Suite Team managing a blend of professional and personal responsibilities. Key duties include overseeing a complex calendar, coordinating both domestic and international travel (often via private aircraft), and organizing special events. The ideal candidate will be a sharp, strategic thinker with a proactive approach, strong work ethic, and a positive, adaptable attitude suited to a high-energy, results-driven environment. The salary range for this position is $160k-225k, depending on experience. A competitive benefits package is included, featuring medical and dental coverage, as well as generous paid time off. Please note: the role requires being on site four days per week, with some flexibility for hybrid work-from-home arrangements.


Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant to the CEO:

  • Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, including scheduling meetings and maintaining detailed itineraries
  • Coordinate extensive travel arrangements, both domestic and international, including private aircraft
  • Assist in the development and preparation of executive-level presentations, meeting materials, and speeches
  • Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports and invoices in a timely manner
  • Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence with accuracy and discretion
  • Field and direct incoming calls and communications to appropriate parties with professionalism and efficiency
  • Support additional projects and administrative tasks as needed


Qualifications of the Executive Assistant to the CEO:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of high-level administrative support experience at the C level, preferably in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing excellent service
  • Ability to perform under pressure, adapt to shifting priorities, and maintain composure in a dynamic environment
