🔥 What You’ll Own
- Own and manage highly complex, constantly shifting executive calendars—prioritizing effectively, anticipating conflicts, and ensuring seamless execution
- Coordinate multi-city travel and logistics with precision and foresight
- Act as a gatekeeper and trusted partner to leadership
- Anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise
- Create structure, flow, and consistency in a fast-moving environment
