West Coast Trial Lawyers is seeking a highly capable, polished, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our CEO/President. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role for someone who operates with precision, discretion, and a strong sense of ownership.
This is not a traditional administrative role, but a high-impact position requiring strong judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-moving environment. The Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination across business operations, media engagements, and personal commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Operations
- Manage a complex, fast-paced calendar across legal, business, and personal commitments
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and daily priorities with precision
- Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for all engagements through clear briefings and materials
Media & Public Relations (Required)
- Act as liaison with media outlets, producers, and publicists for television appearances and interviews
- Draft and prepare talking points, briefing materials, and supporting research
- Oversee and maintain the CEO’s social media presence, ensuring consistency and timely engagement
- Track and document all media appearances and press activity
Internal Coordination
- Serve as a central point of contact between the CEO and internal teams
- Coordinate meetings, capture action items, and ensure follow-through across departments
- Maintain strict confidentiality across high-profile clients, sensitive matters, and internal operations while protecting the CEO’s time, privacy, and priorities
- Partner with leadership to execute firm-wide priorities efficiently
Qualifications
- 3-8+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership
- Required: Experience supporting media, production, or public-facing executives
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Discreet, professional, and able to handle sensitive information
- Proactive and able to anticipate needs without direction
- Flexible and responsive, with availability outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Compensation Range: $70,000 - $85,000, depending on experience
