Who You Will Work With


You will support a C-level executive who plays a central role in leading the firm’s people and business operations. As a managing partner, he leads the executive committee, shareholder meetings, and firmwide initiatives while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.


You will also be part of the administrative team, working alongside other administrative professionals to support the broader needs of the firm. Collaboration, communication, and a team-oriented mindset are essential, as you partner with others to ensure seamless support across executives and priorities.


His work style is fast paced, highly engaged, and focused on driving results. He values efficiency, clear communication, and proactive support, and relies on his Executive Assistant to help create structure, anticipate needs, and keep priorities moving forward. This partnership requires someone who can stay one step ahead, bring thoughtful input, and operate as a trusted extension of the executive. At times, support may extend beyond business needs to include personal logistics that contribute to his overall effectiveness.

What You Offer


  • 5+ years of experience directly supporting C-level executives required.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing support to a president or CEO required.
  • Experience in a professional services environment preferred
  • Highly proactive and responsive, with a demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and operate effectively with limited direction in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking and sound judgment, with the ability to make informed decisions independently and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience managing complex calendars, coordinating high-volume meetings, and optimizing time and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, manage up, and interact with stakeholders professionally and diplomatically
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to navigate shifting priorities and high expectations while maintaining composure
  • Experience preparing agendas, presentations, and supporting executive-level meetings
  • Strong technical proficiency, including experience with: Customer relationship management (Microsoft Dynamics, client portal, etc.), Communication (Zoom, Teams, Outlook), Document management platforms (SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Demonstrated ability to incorporate feedback when given
  • Associate’s degree or higher required.

Salary Range: $85,000-$110,000, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.


*Additional Compensation: Firm-Wide Profit Sharing*


In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for annual firm-wide profit sharing if the firm meets certain growth and profitability metrics.


Eligibility begins after one year of employment and is calculated as a percentage of an employee’s eligible base salary earnings paid by the firm during the calendar year. The maximum profit-sharing payout is up to 7.5% of eligible earnings through five years of service, increasing to up to 15% thereafter. Profit sharing is paid annually and is separate from base compensation.
