Executive & Administrative Assistant


You will be working for a busy Silicon Valley startup located in the San Jose area. The company are working on cutting-edge technology within the Semiconductor Industry and have an inclusive, family friendly culture.


They would like someone to work directly with the CEO to manage his workday schedule, and this role will progress to working on general administrative tasks for the whole company.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for the executive team
  • Work on expense reports on behalf of the CEO
  • Aid with draft slides, meeting notes and documents for board meetings
  • Organizing logistics for executive team travel
  • Plan events including conferences and special engagements for the CEO


Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in an Administrative or Executive Assistant
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with MS Office on Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.
  • A background working within a startup or semiconductor company would be a plus
