We’re partnering with a growing, fast-moving company to find an exceptional Executive Assistant who thrives on ownership, problem-solving, and keeping leaders operating at their highest level.

This isn’t a traditional support role, you’ll act as a right hand to C-Suite leadership, helping bring structure to ambiguity and momentum to priorities. You’ll be deeply embedded in the day-to-day flow of the business, ensuring alignment, execution, and follow-through across teams.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Take full ownership of a senior leader’s schedule—balancing competing priorities, optimizing time, and adjusting quickly as needs evolve
  • Keep communication flowing by acting as a central connector across teams and external stakeholders
  • Drive meeting effectiveness by organizing agendas, documenting key takeaways, and ensuring accountability on next steps
  • Develop high-quality materials including presentations, internal updates, and reports
  • Monitor deadlines, priorities, and key initiatives—stepping in to resolve conflicts before they become issues
  • Handle confidential information with sound judgment and professionalism
  • Contribute to special initiatives and operational improvements as the company continues to scale
  • Anticipate needs and remove friction so leadership can stay focused on strategic priorities

What You Bring to the Table

  • A college degree or equivalent hands-on experience
  • 3 to 5 years supporting senior leaders or working in a fast-paced coordination role
  • Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
  • Comfort operating in environments where direction can shift quickly
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust across teams
  • Experience managing logistics, including travel planning and scheduling across time zones
  • A high level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive matters
  • A self-starter mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Proficiency with common workplace tools (Microsoft Office, collaboration platforms, etc.)
  • Nice to have: exposure to operations, project coordination, or startup environments
