Executive Assistant – Marketing & Events | San Francisco | $80K–$110K
A team-oriented venture capital firm is seeking a polished and highly articulate Executive Assistant to join their amazing team! This is a unique opportunity to support both Marketing and Events functions, working closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic settings, enjoys event coordination, and is excited to contribute across marketing initiatives.
What You’ll Do
• Support the VP of Marketing & Communications and Director of Events
• Coordinate a wide range of events, including networking events, speaker series, and founder dinners
• Manage event logistics end-to-end: scheduling, venue coordination, transportation, and attendee communications
• Provide onsite event support, including occasional evening/weekend coverage
• Assist with marketing operations, including PR coordination, social media support, and content logistics
• Coordinate photoshoots, video production, and media-related initiatives
• Track expenses, manage inventory and swag, and support general marketing workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, communications, and events teams
What We’re Looking For
• 1–5 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-caliber environment
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Polished, professional, and highly collaborative with a low-ego approach
• Experience in events, marketing, or coordination roles is highly preferred
• Venture capital experience not required

Compensation
$80,000–$100,000 target range, with flexibility up to ~$110,000 depending on experience
