Executive Assistant
Location: Onsite | Standard Business Hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Our client is seeking a polished and highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a fast-paced professional environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership and senior administrative staff
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, including transportation, lodging, and itineraries
- Prepare presentations, reports, communications, and other business documents
- Organize meetings and events, including logistics, materials preparation, catering coordination, and guest support
- Draft and distribute communications to internal stakeholders and staff
- Assist with special projects and executive office initiatives
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts
- Serve as a backup resource for executive office operations as needed
- Occasionally assist with transportation and hospitality arrangements for visiting executives, staff, or guests
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and OneNote
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional, confident, and service-oriented approach
- Comfortable interacting directly with executive leadership and helping manage priorities effectively
- Experience coordinating travel, meetings, and executive communications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
