Small Venture Capital/Private Equity firm with offices in New York, is currently seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managed schedules for high-volume bankers, coordinating demanding global travel schedules, preparing correspondence with domestic and international clients, maintaining filing system, processing expenses, acting as liaison between bankers and clients, organizing client meetings, internal off-sites, and company sponsored events, and oversee office management functions (liaising with building, ordering catering, stocking pantry, light invoicing) and more!
We are seeking a polished and dynamic Executive Assistant/Office Manager. This person will be working with confidential issues and must have discretion. The EA/OM must also be able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude. A minimum of 5+ years of related experience, strong MS Office experience and at least 2 years working with senior management in a similar environment is a must!
