Executive Assistant to the CFO


Summary:

The Executive Assistant to the CFO provides high-level administrative, operational, and project support to senior leadership. This role serves as a key partner in managing daily priorities, coordinating communication, supporting department initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time hybrid opportunity offering a salary range of approximately $65,000–$70,000 annually.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting logistics.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and other professional materials for leadership use.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring timely communication, preparation, and follow-up activities.
  • Support project management efforts by tracking priorities, maintaining documentation, and assisting with departmental initiatives.
  • Manage expense reporting and assist with administrative and operational processes
  • Compile, organize, and maintain information used for reporting, presentations, and leadership decision-making
  • Utilize CRM systems, project management platforms, and productivity tools to maintain workflow efficiency
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting senior-level leadership or executive teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace required
  • Experience preparing presentations, reports, and business documentation
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM systems, project management software, or similar tools preferred but not required


Schedule / Location:

• Full-time position (35 hours per week)

• Hybrid schedule with regular in-office presence required

• Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility for occasional meetings outside standard business hours
