Salary/Hourly Rate:

Estimated annual salary range: $100,00–$120,000

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant provides high-level executive and operational support to a Partner and the Primaries team. The role ensures efficient execution of strategic priorities, facilitates client engagement, and manages internal processes. Success in this position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and proactive problem-solving to support business objectives and maintain seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, travel, and appointments
  • Coordinate and direct office services, records, departmental finances, and personnel issues
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and financial documents
  • Facilitate client engagement and communication, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Support execution of strategic priorities and project management
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare materials for executive review
  • Greet visitors and determine access to executives
  • Prepare agendas and coordinate logistics for meetings and events
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Train and supervise lower-level clerical staff as needed 23

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Minimum 7 years supporting senior executives in financial services or advisory environments
  • Advanced organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business software
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines 23

Preferred Experience/Skills:

  • Experience in private markets, investment advisory, or boutique financial firms
  • Familiarity with client engagement and project management tools
  • Exposure to global business operations and cross-cultural communication

Education Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree or higher in business administration or related field
