About the Role
Our client, a globally recognized luxury brand within an international group of prestigious maisons, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Human Resources Officer and their broader leadership team. This role operates in a highly visible environment supporting senior global leadership and requires a candidate who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-velocity organization.
The ideal candidate will bring a high level of professional maturity, discretion, and strategic thinking, while managing complex executive operations and anticipating the evolving needs of a global HR organization.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer
- Manage complex and constantly evolving executive calendars, proactively anticipating scheduling conflicts and shifting priorities
- Coordinate domestic and international meetings, travel logistics, and executive communications
- Prioritize requests and make independent decisions regarding scheduling, logistics, and meeting coordination
- Support leadership with preparation for key meetings, presentations, and internal initiatives
Organizational & Team Coordination
- Assist with planning and coordinating team events, leadership meetings, and internal gatherings
- Partner with cross-functional teams to collect information and support broader HR initiatives
- Provide administrative and coordination support to members of the extended leadership team
- Maintain organized documentation and communication across multiple stakeholders
Organizational Scope
The CHRO oversees approximately 50 direct and indirect reports across several global functions including:
- Global Talent
- Global Human Resources
- Global Learning & Development
The role also interacts regularly with international stakeholders, global partners, and leaders across multiple business units, requiring comfort navigating a large, global organization and operating in a highly professional environment.

Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leadership
- Proven ability to manage highly complex calendaring and executive logistics
- Experience working in large or global organizations
- Strong strategic thinking even within an executive assistant capacity
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Background
- Experience supporting a Chief Human Resources Officer or senior HR executive
- Experience in a global or multinational organization
- Background in luxury or premium brands is not required, but candidates must be comfortable operating in a polished corporate environment
