Immediate Need: Executive Assistant at Prestigious Investment Firm (Greenwich, CT)


A fast‑paced investment team is looking for a polished, proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and team of executives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, anticipates needs, and excels in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and executive communications
  • Coordinate domestic/international travel and occasional private aviation
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
  • Support quarterly tax documentation and expense reporting
  • Organize meetings, events, and team logistics
  • Assist with special projects and provide backup support to the admin team


Requirements

  • 2–5 years of Executive/Administrative Assistant experience (finance a plus)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, problem‑solve, and stay ahead in a fast‑moving environment
  • High integrity and comfort handling sensitive information
