Role Description

This full-time, on-site role in Santa Barbara, CA, involves serving as an Executive Assistant and Client Services Coordinator. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless communication between the firm and clients. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, supporting ongoing client needs, and assisting with sales and client onboarding activities. Collaboration with the firm’s internal teams and external partners is an integral part of this position, requiring excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Client Services and strong Customer Service skills.
  • Excellent Communication abilities to liaise with clients and team members effectively.
  • Strong Administrative Assistance skills, including scheduling, document preparation, and organizational tasks.
  • Sales experience, with the ability to assist with client onboarding and relationship management.
  • Proficiency with office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.
