The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to senior leadership, providing sophisticated administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Co-Founder & CEO, Chief Investment Officer, and Investor Relations leadership. This is a highly visible role requiring a poised, resourceful professional who can navigate complex priorities, safeguard confidential matters, and seamlessly manage multiple moving pieces. The ideal candidate brings exceptional organizational strength, refined communication skills, and sharp problem-solving ability, allowing leadership to remain focused on strategic growth and high-impact decision-making. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership, ensuring priorities stay aligned and initiatives move forward.
- Manage complex calendars, communications, and competing demands while anticipating needs and proactively resolving conflicts.
- Coordinate all travel arrangements (domestic and international), including detailed itineraries and logistics management.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, expense reporting, and other executive documentation.
- Support board and leadership meetings through scheduling, agenda development, material preparation, and follow-up communication.
- Research and compile background materials to prepare executives for strategic meetings and decision-making.
- Lead special projects and company events on behalf of leadership.
- Provide personal support to the CEO, including assistance with travel, philanthropic initiatives, outside board involvement, and personal administrative matters.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline executive workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
Ideal Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; comparable professional experience considered.
- 15+ years of experience in a corporate environment, including significant tenure supporting senior or C-suite leadership within fast-moving organizations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, with the ability to leverage tools efficiently and strategically.
- Proven track record managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, processing expenses, and keeping high-level executives organized and prepared.
- Strong project coordination and data management capabilities.
- Exposure to board-level support or governance environments is advantageous.
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to draft on behalf of executives and tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Highly organized with outstanding prioritization skills and the capacity to manage multiple high-stakes responsibilities simultaneously.
- Demonstrates foresight, sound judgment, and strong emotional intelligence in navigating executive-level dynamics.
- Exercises absolute discretion and integrity when handling confidential matters.
