The Role

Our Clients are looking for 4 passionate Events Marketing & Promotions Specialist who will help bring their brand and client initiatives to life through high-touch events, experiential campaigns, and strategic promotional activities. You’ll play a key role in enhancing audience engagement and expanding their market presence locally.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute events and promotional strategies that amplify Phoenix Consulting Group’s brand and service offerings
• Plan, coordinate, and manage logistics for live and virtual events—including trade shows, community activations, workshops, and networking functions
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling event content, promotional materials, and messaging
• Drive audience engagement through targeted social media, email marketing, and partner outreach
• Track and report on event performance and campaign ROI
• Build strong relationships with vendors, venues, partners, and sponsors

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in customer facing, events marketing, promotions, or related field
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Creative thinker with a passion for crafting memorable brand experiences
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
