Location: 1307 S. 900 W. SLC, UT | Type: Full-Time | FLSA: Non-Exempt

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our community presence-planning, coordinating, and executing events that support fundraising, outreach, and volunteer engagement. Working alongside the Community Engagement Coordinator, you'll help bring everything from galas to grassroots outreach events to life.

You'll:

• Plan and execute engaging events (think fundraisers, volunteer projects, and community outreach!)
• Coordinate logistics like venues, catering, and IT support
• Build relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners
• Collaborate across teams to support recruiting and outreach efforts
• Travel to various sites along the Wasatch Front to make it all happen

What You Bring

You're organized, creative, and love working with people. You can juggle multiple projects while keeping an eye on the details that make events shine.

Key strengths include:

• Event planning experience (large events like galas are a big plus!)
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Confidence using tools like NetSuite, OneCause, Asana, Bloomerang, or Signup
• A knack for building meaningful partnerships
• Team spirit and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Need

• Associate's degree in a related field or 3+ years of event planning experience
• Experience with community outreach and events
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
