What Drives Success

We are seeking a highly organized and ambitious individual to join our dynamic Marketing Team. As a Commercial Events and Incentives Event Planner, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing various events throughout the year that align with Lennox Commercial's business objectives. This individual will work very closely with the events team and the Marketing and Product Management team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful event planning, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to deliver memorable experiences for participants and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning and Execution: Develop, plan, and execute various events, including tradeshows, business meetings, internal meetings, and incentive trips. This includes coordinating all logistics, including venue selection, F&B, AV requirements, accommodations, etc.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with sales leadership and additional cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution. This role would need to effectively communicate event details, timelines, and expectations to all stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Create, track, and manage budget for each event, ensuring cost-effectiveness while reaching the event's KPIs and standards.
  • Documentation and Post-Event Evaluation: Document processes and conduct post-event evaluations to analyze the success and effectiveness of each event. Create comprehensive reports highlighting KPIs and areas for enhancement.

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Experience within the events and incentives industry is preferred, specifically in trade shows and/or sponsorship events.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Has a basic understanding in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to bring innovative ideas to the table.
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.

What We Offer

Compensation:This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $60,000 - $78,750annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
