This is a high-visibility, relationship-driven role focused on building brand awareness and representing the organization across Central and South Texas. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Plan, coordinate, and attend events such as happy hours, crawfish boils, networking events, and industry functions
- Represent the organization at community events, city council meetings, and industry associations
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, builders, and local municipalities
- Manage event budgets and ensure professional, high-quality execution
- Track market activity, growth areas, and upcoming development opportunities
- Support proposal development and provide market insights to leadership

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong communicator who is confident, social, and polished in public settings
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple events and schedules
- Comfortable traveling regularly
