Customer Events Coordinator schedules and executes customer training sessions, on‑site events, plant tours, and visitor experiences for the brand new state-of-the-art customer experience facility. The role manages registrations, attendee communications, and all logistics including room setup, AV readiness, catering, lodging, and transportation. This role will interact with clients and partners, they will be the main point of contact for site visits at their customer experience center so being able to deliver an exceptional customer experience is imperative.


The coordinator ensures the Customer Experience Center is consistently clean, stocked, and visitor‑ready, and serves as the primary on‑site contact for guests. In addition, the role schedules and hosts virtual training sessions, acting as the technical lead to manage webinar platforms, troubleshoot issues, and track attendance. Ongoing responsibilities include maintaining records, tracking expenses, reconciling invoices, and coordinating closely with training, sales, operations, and plant teams to support event and training objectives. This role will work alongside the training solutions team and will be a pivotal part in customer experience.
