Estimator

About the Opportunity

A growing construction firm is looking to add an Estimator to its team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and has a strong eye for detail when it comes to building accurate, competitive project estimates.

What You’ll Do

• Send out invitations to bid (ITBs) to subcontractors
• Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Distribute project information to appropriate trades
• Organize and manage bid documentation
• Assemble and prepare detailed cost estimates
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals and pricing
• Partner closely with Project Managers and internal teams throughout the estimating process

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of estimating experience (construction preferred)
• Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Experience reviewing subcontractor bids and proposals

Technical Skills

• Procore (preferred)
• Bluebeam
• Adobe
• Microsoft Excel & Word

Work Environment

• 5 days onsite
• 40-hour work week
• Workload may fluctuate depending on project pipeline
