One of the Pacific Northwest’s leading mechanical contractors is looking to add a high-level Plumbing / Piping Estimator to its growing preconstruction team.
This is an opportunity to join a respected design-build contractor with a strong backlog of complex commercial and industrial projects throughout the region.
We are looking for someone who can do more than just put numbers on paper — someone who understands the full construction process, can identify risk early, and help position projects for successful execution.
🔧 WHAT YOU WILL OWN
• Prepare accurate, competitive estimates for plumbing and piping projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, labor productivity, and equipment requirements
• Identify scope gaps, constructability concerns, and cost risks early in pursuit stages
• Work directly with operations and executive leadership during project pursuits
• Build and maintain strong vendor and subcontractor relationships
• Support budgeting, conceptual estimating, and value engineering efforts
• Present project estimates clearly and confidently to leadership teams
• Help improve estimating systems, workflows, and historical cost tracking

🔍 IDEAL BACKGROUND
• Strong plumbing and piping estimating experience
• Experience with large commercial, industrial, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, or mission critical projects preferred
• Design-build experience is a major plus
