Responsibilities:
- Build accurate estimates from schematic through construction docs
- Perform takeoffs and analyze subcontractor/vendor pricing
- Review plans/specs and identify risks + opportunities
- Collaborate with project teams and attend pre-bid/site meetings
Requirements:
- 2–4+ years of estimating/preconstruction experience
- Construction-related degree or equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail + ability to manage deadlines
- Experience with OST, Bluebeam, Timberline, or similar
